Many individuals travel to Houston for medical treatment and must remain in the area for an extended period. South Main RV Park is pleased to provide a home-away-from-home for patients, their families, and visitors. We offer a complimentary shuttle service to nearby medical facilities.

- Enjoy a healthy walk. Follow the footsteps on our park map for a .25-mile walk around the park.

Houston offers many popular tourist destinations, several are within walking distance of the park. But when you prefer to just relax or hang out at the park with friends and family, the Gathering Place is a great place to do that.
- The “Gathering Place” consists of a recreation room, dining hall/gathering space, and kitchen.
- It’s a perfect setting for social gatherings, watching sports, or meeting up with neighbors and family.
- The recreational room includes a big screen TV with cable, read/swap library, and board games.
- The Gathering Place is available for general guest use, but it may be reserved for private-use (fees apply).
- Cable TV service available
- WiFi internet access (Basic WiFi service is offered free-of-charge to guests. This service is intended for web browsing and emailing.)

Pets are welcomed upon park management approval and are allowed in your personal RV only. Pets are not allowed in ANY of our rental units (i.e., park models, RV rentals, travel trailer rentals) . Do make sure your pet is up to date on their vaccinations and parasite control. Talk to your veterinarian to ensure your pet is protected and that you are doing your part to protect other animals. Vicious, dangerous or aggressive animals are not allowed in the park. Pet owners shall clean up after their pets, and place waste in disposal bags and into the receptacles provided. Additional pet-related park rules apply.
